How Do I Make Changes To My
Listing?
To make changes to your listing, Click on
Listing Manager.
Then,
login with your email address and password. You can make changes to your contact
information, property information and description of your property. You can make
changes as often as you like. When you have made your changes, click “submit” at
the bottom of the page and your changes will be visible immediately.
I made changes to my ad but don’t see them on the web.
If you made changes but don’t seem them on your ad, click the
"Refresh" button on
your browser’s toolbar. If that doesn’t display the changes, close your web
browser and r-enter the website again.
Can I add photos or the MLS later?
Yes, you may add
photos to your listing at any time. Click the
Listing Manager, login with
your email address and password. Next, click the "Photo Manager" link to
upload, replace, or delete current photos.
How do I cancel my ad?
You can log-in to the
"Listing Manager" and click a link labeled "Mark Listing as Unavailable".
Alternatively, you can email us using this
form.
Do I need to notify you if my property sells or I take it off the market?
No, please see paragraph above.
How do I find out how many visits have been made to my page?
To
see how many views your listing has received, login to the
Listing Manager with your email address and password.
At the top of the Listing Manager you will see stats pertaining to your
listing(s).
Why am I unable to login?
If you are having trouble logging in to
edit your listing, be sure you have typed your email address and password
exactly as you entered it. If you have done that and you are still unable to
edit your listing, email us and we will try to help you.
How do I get my password if I have forgotten it? The first option
is to go to our
Request Your Password page or you can
email and you
will receive your password via email
Will I owe Virtual FSBO.com anything when my house sells? No,
there are no hidden fees, commissions, etc.
How long will my listing be on Virtual FSBO.com? Your listing stays on
www.virtualfsbo.com until you tell us to remove it. In
nine months you will be
sent an expiration notice which requires a reply to renew at no charge. If you
do not send a reply the listing is cancelled on the assumption that you do not
need the listing any longer.
What happens if I fail to renew my listing? If you do not let us
know you want your listing renewed, it will be deleted. If that occurs you may
re-enter your listing at no charge.
How much text can I put in the description? We offer unlimited
text in your description; however, we encourage you to make it easy to read and
concise. Visitors may be discouraged if the description is too long.
Are links to other sites allowed? No. Links to other sites are not
permitted.
How do I find out if my county is covered? Click

MLS coverage area.
I have listed my property on Virtual FSBO.com. How do I add the MLS? To add the
MLS, login to the
Listing Manager with
your email address and password. Click the link labeled “Add Listing to MLS”.
If I decide to purchase the MLS, what is the procedure? To
add your listing to the MLS, login to the
Listing Manager with
your email address and password. Click the link labeled “Add Listing to MLS”. A system generated email is
received by a member of our staff and the MLS process will be initiated. You can

After I place my order, what happens next?
You should be contacted by the broker within 1-2 business days after you place your order.
How will I be contacted? You will be contacted via email or phone.
To whom do I submit the pictures I want on the MLS? Submit any pictures for the MLS to the broker.
I placed my order more than 2 days ago and have not been contacted. What can I do? Email and we will
follow up on your order.
What do I get for the price of the MLS? In
addition to your listing on Virtual
FSBO.com, you will receive a listing in your local MLS and on Realtor.com (nationwide listing available to
individuals as well as Realtors.)
How long will my property be on the MLS? Six (6) months.
In teh rare case that you need addition time, renewals are available at an extra charge
of $200.00.
Does the MLS fee include photos? Realtor.com allows 1 free photo.
Additional photos up to 6 can be placed at an additional charge to be determined
by the listing broker. The number of free photos on the local MLS varies with the
area and agent. Typically the number of photos allowed is eight.
Do I have to have a broker involved to get my property on the MLS? Yes,
Only a licensed broker can list your property on Realtor.com and your local MLS.
The broker must be a member of your local MLS and Realtor.com in order to list
your property. Our Flat
Fee MLS program allows you to use the services of a licensed listing
Broker without paying a commission.
