Is a fixer upper. small 1950's cender block home in the desert. 7 miles from town. less than 1 mile from a main road (Indian trl). I have been cleaning it up for 6 years and have fixed many things as time has gone by. It was way worse when I got it. There are a few small rooms on the property. from chicken coops to a work shop. closest nabors are 2 1/2 and 5 acreas away. I am still cleaning up the property to this day.
Pritty well private most of the time. New shingles put on 3yrs ago. It has 1 1/2 bedrooms the washer/dryer hook up area is in the main bedroom. The bathroom was made bigger about 5 yrs ago when we replaced the floor. The floor in bathroom is marble tile I picked up from a yard sale many years ago, very pritty. The tub and shower is a step down, normal tub. The the washer, bathroom shower and sink, are on gray lines. The toylet and kitchen sink go to septic. Rv area oh and it does have a small fireplace.
There are many possibilities for fix up or put in a maufatured home and keep the house as a guest house.. utilities electric costs around 150.00 a month water is 50-100 every 2 months, dumpster is 40.00 a month.
The property does have a few trees on it. Which is a rarety in the desert and I am still trying to grow a small patch of grass in the laticed in side yard. Oh almost forgot it is a corner lot and from time to time naboring lots come up for sale so good chance to add to its acre size.. The city of Twentynine Palms ca. is growing fast.
