It is dry and makes great living space. The walls are finished with rough pine and the floors are wall to wall carpet. The area is divided into a bar and entertainment room with a separate guest room. In the back room there is also a sauna. You could easily make the back area a fitness room. This home has a drilled well and 3 bedroom septic system both in great working order.
Outside there are two buildings, a large 2 story barn/garage measuring 28x46. It is rough pine sided and has electricity and water. The second building is the carport space for two vehicles, wow this comes in handy in the winter we didn't have to sweep snow off our vehicles once. Eaton residents have exclusive access to the Eaton Beach on Crystal Lake. It is a beautiful clean lake very shallow great for kids. North Conway is just a few miles north with all the shopping and skiing you'll ever need, or head a bit south to King Pine ski area and Purity Springs fitness center. You will love this house!
