we are located on the north side of lakeland. it takes me less then 2 minutes to get on I-4, and less then that to get on 98 north. we are in the preferred north lakeland school district (A+ magnet school) north lakeland elementary, sleepy hill middle school, and lake gibson high school. we were annexed into the city a few years ago and they have been making major improvements too! we now have street lights and sidewalks, and they are always in our neighborhood doing something new. we are not in a "subdivision" so our lots are bigger then most and our neighbors are not as close. that is a real plus for me, i dont know about you but i dont like living on top of my neighbors.
