Home is in a five star mobile home park - gated community with two Olympic style pools, hot tub, community club house, and work out facility. Great neighborhood and neighbors and all the free oranges, limes, grapefruits that you can pick right on the lot. We have never had any problems here. Safe environment and pet friendly. We had the home listed for $17,000 which is less than we paid, however jobs have moved and we need to sell the place ASAP so we have reduced the price to $8,500. This is an all-age park.
