We love our neighbors, they are fantastic & we hate to leave them behind. We love that we are within a 3 minute drive to Super Walmart and lots of other shops and restaurants. We love that we are so close to the elementary, middle, & high school for this area and that we're located in such an excellent school district and that Moody AFB is only about 8 miles away. We love all the space this house has to offer and how well it flows from room to room. It has a very well laid out floor plan.
This neighborhood is very quiet and very safe. When I was training for the Susan Komen 3-day walk I would sometimes walk until 11:pm and still pass neighbors.(It didn't take any of us long to figure out the temperature was cooler late at night.) I never worry about my children playing or riding their bikes. This neighborhood is attached to an extremely upscale neighborhood so property values have never been a worry. We are also within a 3 to 5 minute drive to Super Walmart and many other shops and restaurants yet we are still somewhat secluded. We have a fire department located near the entrance and have always enjoyed a quick response should the need for help ever arise. All and all, we hate to leave but leave we must.
Great neighborhood. Great school district. Great floor plan. Large fenced yard. 2 large attics and 3 AC units. We have not been able to find anything we like as well where we are relocating and can no longer put the move off to find a comparable house as reasonably priced as this one. I wish I could take the house with us.
I have addressed all needed repairs and have kept the home in great shape as well as updated it through the years.
