• Parent birds come every spring to use the nest hidden in the arch to hatch their eggs. A red Cardinal often sits on the back of the lawn chairs and humming birds love the roses and Aloe Vera flowers. Gecko’s and bunnies are always present, along with the voices of many birds.
• Neighbors are friendly and everyone watches out for each other
• The road around the complex is a safe walking path

Caution: After visiting “Trail Dust Town”, you will discover that the Train Depot sells good candy, especially fudge. Once in a while the train whistles blows. To me it sounds like it is saying “Chocolate---Chocolate” calling me… (You must resist---some of the time.) In addition, don’t be startled by the sounds of evening gunfire. The cowboys at “Trail Dust Town” fight every evening. It is only takes a few shots and it is over quickly. But it startles guests that maybe visiting
