Oh, yeah....about the House! Nice flow, as you can see from the floor-plan I have included with the pictures. It sits in the middle of 8 homes in a very deep cul-de-sac, and is slightly elevated above the lot to the west (and that house cost more than mine....I got the better deal!) The Coolest feature of the house...it has dedicated outlets for your Christmas Lights up near the eaves outside, with switches inside! How Clever of the builder to think of that, huh?! There is a covered patio out the Family Room, a neat little built-in desk with phone jack off the kitchen, in its own little nook, that leads into the Master Bedroom, with windows to see out, so you don't miss those beautiful sunsets while paying the bills!
